ORDERS
Q. How to Place an Order Online
The product overview is available in Product page. Just as you use a shopping cart in any store, you can use your online shopping cart to gather the products you want to purchase while shopping online. If you click on Add to Cart button, the item will be placed into your virtual shopping cart on secure Pay Pal site and the Pay Pal page will open. You may continue shopping or begin the checkout process.

For a more detailed view of the items in your cart, click on the "View Cart" icon to review its contents.You can change the quantities of items in your Shopping Cart by changing the number in the column labeled "QTY" (Quantity).If you change item quantities to your shopping cart, click the "Update Shopping Cart" button to get a new cart subtotal. If you decide you don't want to purchase an item, you can take it out of your shopping cart by clicking the checkbox in the "Remove" column. Then click the "Update Shopping Cart" button. After reviewing your shopping cart contents and making sure you've got the items and quantities you want, you may continue to shop or begin the checkout process.


After you have selected the items you want to buy, you may begin the checkout process. Checkout is a simple, multi-step process in which you:
  • Check and adjust item quantities in your Shopping Cart
  • Determine the total cost plus taxes and any applicable delivery charges
  • Confirm the order and billing, payment, and shipping instructions
  • Authorize the charge to your credit card or a COD shipment
Q. How to Place an Order Offline
To shop offline, print out and fax/mail order form to 850.215.1205. Your payment will be processed through Linkpoint Secure Payment Gateway (informational link)

Q. USA shipping costs and services Shipping Options

All orders qualify for a free USPS standard shipping with up to 7 business days for delivery. We ship orders within 24 hours of processed payment Mo-Fri. Because your shopping cart is preset to a free shipping, the costs of other then standard shipping and services will be emailed to you to pay with a Pay Pal invoice. To calculate shipping services use USPS shipping calculator and Insurance & Extra Services.

We don't charge handling fee.

Q. International shipping costs and services Shipping Options

All orders qualify for a free international standard shipping with up to 14 business days for delivery. We ship orders within 24 hours of processed payment Mo-Fri. Because your shopping cart is preset to a free shipping, the costs of other then standard shipping and services will be emailed to you to pay with a Pay Pal invoice. To calculate shipping services use USPS shipping calculator and Insurance & Extra Services.

We don't charge handling fee. Custom regulations varies by country. Learn about restrictions and prohibitions for sending international shipments and mailings.


PAYMENTS
Q. Online Payments

Online payments are processed on secure Pay Pal site. At the checkout point you can review and update your shopping cart, then process the payment. Customers are not required to have Pay Pal account to finish payment. After payment is processed, you will be redirect back to medicaldtv.com.

Pay Pal accepts visa cards, mastercards, and discovery cards. Other payment options are described in Offline Payments.

We accept payments from any country where is Pay Pal available.


Buyers:

  • Pay for purchases in medicaldtv.com preset currency (american dollar)
  • Payment is automatically converted to american dollars
  • No need to hold a balance in another currency to send a payment
Q. Offline Payments

We accept money orders, wire transfers, visa cards, mastercards, discovery, personal and cashiers checks. All payments must be complete before the shippment is send.
Your offline payment will be processed through Linkpoint Secure Payment Gateway (informational link).

Q. Can I pay COD (Collect on Delivery)?
COD is not available for international mail or for mail addressed to military Post Office (APO/FPO) addresses.

RETURNS
100% Satisfaction Guarantee: All returns or exchange must be made within 30 day of the order date.

Please include a COPY of the invoice or receipt, your name, address, phone number, order number and a detailed description of the problem with the return. If returned materials are not received within 30 days of the order date, we will be unable to issue a credit.

We do not ship your replacement order before we receive your return (cross-ship). If you need a replacement sooner than the timeline outlined above, please place a new order on the website, independent of the returns process.

Please Note: The customer will be responsible for shipping charges to return the package to us.
